WHAT IS THE USE OF SHIELD BOX ?
Shield Box is used for performance / reliability charaterization of Wireless / Cellular / IoT Devices. In order to test these devices for precise test output with repeatability one has to carry out tested in an isolated environment. Shielded test enclosures provide a convinient and economical way to do this. Connventionally, this was done in an anechoic chamber which is a considerabliy large room and is comparatively very expensive. Shield Boxes come in different size / shape and mount options i.e. : Rack Mount Shield Boxes for Vertical Test Setups , Bech-top Shield Boxes , Stand-alone Portable Shield Boxes on Wheels.

Shield box being an important integral part of your test setup it is critical to ensure the performance and quality of the shield box for your test requirements.

- Conditions based on which the OEM has claimed the Shielding effectiveness as many vendor carry out tests on the shield box without actual I/Os using blank cover plate to achieve maximum shielding effectiveness ?
